We are currently recruiting for multiple?NATIONAL SERVICE
MANAGERS?based nationally.
This is a?PERMANENT, FULL-TIME, **APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**
HOURS?contract.
Acquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based rehabilitation
services for people living with brain injury in Ireland. The National
Service Managers will contribute to the strategic development and
growth of Acquired Brain Injury Ireland, while working closley with
the Head of Service Operations. This is a management and leadership
role, supporting and supervising Local Service Managers/Community/Day
Service/Case Managers and their teams to ensure the delivery of
services and that CARF and HIQA standards are met. The two National
Service Managers will work as a cohesive team to oversee all aspects
of service delievery are met.
QUALIFICATION:
* A relevant third level qualification in the Healthcare sector
* Full driving licence with access to a car
ESSENTIAL:
* A minimum of 5 years people management experience is required
* Neurorehabilitation experience, preferably in acquired brain
injury
* Proven track record of negotiating at senior level
* Previous experience of managing an interdisciplinary team
* Previous experience of leading and developing senior direct
service staff
* Experience of planning, budgeting and forecasting
